Enhanced Endurance

Cognitive gains that translate directly to improved physical performance.

The program includes 6 biweekly lab meetings (live and recorded), weekly office hours with Dr. Scott Frey, and 3 months of Brain Endurance Training (BET). You'll gain actionable strategies and insights to enhance your mental performance.

This program leverages neuroplasticity to train brain systems for endurance performance. Combining cutting-edge neuroscience with elite athletic experience, it addresses mental fatigue and decision-making in ways overlooked by mainstream sports science.

Live sessions are held biweekly and are recorded for on-demand access. You can revisit key insights at your convenience, ensuring the program fits your schedule.

The program is co-led by Dr. Scott Frey, a renowned cognitive neuroscientist with over 30 years of groundbreaking research in neuroplasticity, human performance, and brain endurance, and Olympian Brent Bookwalter, a former pro cyclist with a distinguished 16-season career.

Dr. Frey’s work has advanced the understanding of how the brain adapts to mental and physical demands, forming the foundation of the program’s innovative approach to performance.

Brent brings real-world athletic experience to the team, having supported Cadel Evans' 2011 Tour de France victory and represented the U.S. at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Known for his resilience and tenacity, Brent is now pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Sport and Performance Psychology, channeling his expertise into helping athletes enhance their mental and physical potential.
