Whether you’re a competitive athlete or simply committed to your training, this program will enhance your existing routines, coaching, and workouts—giving you the mental edge needed to perform at your best.

Each week follows a structured schedule to help you stay on track while allowing flexibility:

  • Monday: New BEST software training sessions are released. These must be completed by Sunday.
  • Thursdays @ 10 AM EDT: Weekly live video call with Scott & Brent (deep dive, Q&A, real-world applications).
  • Flexible: Engage in the Discord community anytime for peer support, updates, and expert insights.

Total time commitment: ~3-4 hours per week (Zoom call, software training, and optional engagement).

We understand that life happens! Here’s how it works:

  • You have all week to complete your BEST software training and watch the weekly Zoom session.
  • If you fall behind by one week, we’ll reset you on Monday so you’re back in sync with the group.
  • If you fall behind by two weeks or more, catching up becomes difficult since the program is designed to build progressively in a short timeframe. To get the full benefit, we encourage you to stay consistent each week!
